        HONEY AND QUEEN BEE

Collected in an ecologically clean mountainous region, this honey is produced from the nectar of various honey plants. The diverse herbs from these mountainous areas are widely used in folk medicine, and due to the variety of wild honey-bearing plants (such as rosehip, oregano, lemon balm, bird cherry, rhodiola, and leuzea), it encompasses a wide range of beneficial properties and is easily assimilated by the body. It is characterized by a dark hue and a rich, robust flavor.

Processed from the nectar of a single species of honey-bearing plants—sainfoin, from the legume family—sainfoin honey is incredibly delicious and highly valued in European countries. This first-class variety of natural honey, which attracts true connoisseurs of exquisite delicacies, has an aroma reminiscent of rose blossoms and a unique sweet taste. Freshly harvested sainfoin honey is very liquid, transparent (like quartz crystal), and light yellow in color, sometimes with a slight greenish tint. The crystallization of sainfoin honey occurs slowly, forming very fine fractions and ultimately resulting in a creamy texture.

To improve the quality and quantity of honey, purebred, high-yielding F0 «Carpathian» queen bees from Ukraine are provided annually upon the request of beekeepers in Kyrgyzstan.
